The room is available now, with a pro-rated january rent. I will consider various lease options, short or long-term.

I’m also a DJ (though I DO NOT make much noise at the house) and Photographer and its important that I split my time between my professional and creative pursuits. I’ve been in love with the Mid-City neighborhoods ever since moving back – and am very excited to have found this house! Its in a great place, near good restaurants and shops on Pico, Washington and Adams, close to Culver City, the Grove, LACMA, USC, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, near the 10 freeway and central to the whole city. I’m looking to keep a clean and respectful house and look forward to finding someone who wants the same!
I’m ideally looking for someone mid-20s to mid-30s, professional or student, who wants a nice home to enjoy, can pay their rent on time, does their dishes and is low-drama. Men or Women are fine.
