That yellow church is AMAZING. Wish I was there to see it with you. Recently I’ve been missing our trip. Which is weird, because usually at the end of a trip, I”m ready to be home, but it’s a month out and I still wish I was with you in Guate sometimes!

I’m currently enjoying myself quite a bit, as Elly and I took a weekend away, and we’re in San Francisco. She’s on the treadmill in the hotel, I’m on the comp, and after we shower later we’re going to Napa, to indulge my wine-loving side.

Great to hear that your partners in Oregon got all that notoriety. How’s Mateo? Also glad to hear about the apartment. And the DJing! That paarty in San Pedro sounds fun.

School’s going MUCH better here this semester, and I feel like I’m learning SO much, which is awesome. My teaching, I feel, has grown because of it.

Haven’t heard too much from the Guatemala people, so who knows if I’ll be back, but it would be so much fun to see your place in Xela…
